Andrew's class had a pumpkin tasting party today at school. They also measured & weighed pumpkins of all sizes!

Party at Ballet!

Emma Grace's Ballet teacher had Halloween cupcakes for all the girls today after practice. They were so cute (& silly) today.

Emma Grace's 1st Pajama Party at Pre school

Emma Grace had her first PAJAMA day at school today. She was so excited about the idea! They are learning about the letter "P" this week. They cooked Pancakes in their Pajamas & Painted orange Pumpkins. She had a great day! Miss Dena is the BEST pre school teacher Ever!!!!!!

Andrew's Baseball Banquet...

Andrew had his baseball banquet tonight at Gatti's. They ended their season 9 and 3. I can't believe how grown up Andrew is looking.

Pumpkin patch at Emma's Preschool

cooping from last week at Disney World. It was a long week, but we had fun. I will get some pics from the trip on my blog someday soon I hope. I am still wading my way through piles & piles of laundry & Lysol ing the house from John's stomach bug yesterday!!!

Tinkerbell on DVD!

The long awaited new Tinkerbell movie was finally released today on DVD! Emma Grace has been waiting for weeks to get her hands on this new movie. She loves Tink and wore her costume all day long. It is a cute movie (if you like Tinkerbell) :)

Andrew at Krispy Kreme

Yesterday, Andrew got his first report card with "REAL" letter grades. K-2 grade they get E,S,N on their report cards. Starting in 3rd grade they get letter grades A-F.
We were so proud of him for getting ALL A's!!! We took him to Krispy Kreme - where they give you a free doughnut for each A!
I can't believe that one fourth of the year is already over! It seems like the year just started.

Andrew's last Baseball game for the fall

Andrew's baseball team, the Twins, finished up their fall league season last night. He really enjoys baseball. He was a great little base hitter and got several outs this season as well. He made some improvements since the spring season. Next fall he is wanting to try Football!! Picture below is Andrew with his buddy Mark Cate.

Papaw's baby horse...

Sunday afternoon we went to Rockford to visit Papaw's horse Shaker & her baby "Queenie". Queenie was born on May 28th of this year. They are both thorough bred Tennessee Walking Horses. Shaker's registered name is "Hand Shaker Solitude". Queenie's registered name is " Hand Shaker's Queen Bee". Both Shaker and Queenie's daddy have world Grand Champions in their Blood line. The horse that Andrew &

Emma are riding "Prides Gold Chain", which is Queenie's father. He is a sweet and gentle horse. Queenie has the same white diamond on her forehead. (Shaker is the brown horse). Shaker and Chain are both show horses and have won ribbon's at the Tennessee Walking Horse Celebration in Shelbyville . Papaw is so proud of his new baby! Can you tell???

Tinkerbell Party

This evening Emma Grace and I met some of our good friends at Fountain City Park for a "Tinkerbell Party" celebrating the soon to be released new Tinkerbell movie on DVD on October 28th. The girls all had a lovely evening dressing up in their costumes, and eating fairy cupcakes! Friends who came were: Emily & Lily Withrow, Ashley & Taylor Jessie, Andrea & Gracie Kate Allen and Caroline & her daddy Jon Matthews.

Football update

Morgan's football team played CBFO this morning at Gibbs. This is the same team that beat us at a pre-season Jamboree.
In our regular season games, we are undefeated, but have one tie. Today's game was so exciting. Morgan & his friend Bennie both scored touchdowns. The game was almost over and we were tied. Morgan scored a 2nd touchdown with a 25 yard run and we won the game! Two more games until the play offs! :)

Middle School dance

Our school had an "in school" dance today to celebrate selling 5,000 + School Coupon Books!
Imagine if you will... one gym, loud music, full of about 800+ 11-14 year olds. Just let me say, it was interesting! Morgan was SOOOO happy that his MOM was there chaperoning ! :) I stayed with my 6th graders most of the time.
