Karns Middle School had their NJHS induction ceremony today. Morgan was one of 99 7th graders at KMS who was inducted for their upcoming 8th grade school year. To be considered for this group the students must have maintained at least 3.5 GPA all of their 6th & 7th grade years, been selected by their teachers as having excellent character and taken part in community service projects. It was a very special , honoring ceremony and reception afterwards. Please allow me this "mommy moment" to say how proud we are of our oldest son. He has always been so very consciencious of his academics. He has maintained a 4.0 GPA since the 5th grade and is such a hard worker. He was also accepted into the DUKE University TIP program and took the ACT this past February. Way to go Morgan~ We are so proud of you and we love you very much! :)
